This five bedroom villa was custom-built in 1991 to provide spectacular panoramic views of the Bay of Ajaccio and the mountains of Corsica.

Booking Information:
Rental Rates vary based on demand (European School Holidays are Peak Season). So if you are able to plan your vacation to avoid Peak Season, you will get the same welcoming villa, spectacular views and wonderful weather from June into September; May, late September and October are better for hiking, but we have had warm seas and days until January.
Weekly Rental Rates for 2023 stated in Euros:

There is a discount for 21 nights or more.
After U Castellu is closed for the season, there is a
minimum of 21 nights.
Rental Rates include bed linen, towels, cleaning at end of your stay and utilities. Fresh bed linens are provided weekly. White towels are for inside use only; beach towels are provided. Any damage or loss of towels will be deducted from the security deposit at their replacement cost.
Discounts:
- For bookings 3 weeks or longer.
- For parties of less than 4 during Off Season (November to May.)
To secure a booking, a non-refundable 50% deposit is payable immediately and the balance plus 1,500 Euro security deposit is due 8 weeks before arrival. Payment in Euros is accepted by bank transfer to a Euro Account at Citibank International in London.
Saturday Change-over Day: From 4pm Saturday to 9am Saturday. During Off Season (November to May), there is flexibility on departure days and times.
Late Departure Policy: Late departure affects arriving guests as well as our excellent cleaning staff. Therefore, we regrettably have to enforce a fine for late departure: If guests depart after 9am, there will be a 150 Euro/hour late fee deducted from their security deposit.
Maximum occupancy: 11 people.
No Smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
