Interior Living Space: Our living room with ceiling fan has two beautiful Italian leather sofas purchased in 2019 and an armchair that comfortably seats 6 around the granite wood-burning fireplace.
At the far end of this room near the kitchen, there is a large table that can be extended to seat 8 for dining or games. An oversized sliding glass door in the living room opens onto a wrap-around terrace with covered and uncovered areas offering panoramic views.
French windows in kitchen open onto the second covered terrace with table for 4, built-in BBQ and refrigerator for beverages.
Tables and 10 chaise lounges in the garden and pool area are available for dining and sunbathing.
Views from Terrace: Sunsets across the sea to Isles des Sanguinaire are spectacular. At night the city lights of Ajaccio across the bay sparkle like a diamond necklace. During the day, enjoy watching larger boats that find safe harbor in our local cove.

The two bathtubs have hand-held shower heads with no shower curtain as is typical in France.
Hot outdoor shower enclosed by bamboo plants near the large private pool; we request guests shower to remove sand and excess sun lotion before entering the pool.

Suitability: The master bedroom with ensuite full bath may be suitable for wheelchair access if the person is strong and has some mobility. It is located on the living area with access to terraces. Access to the garden level and pool area may be difficult for the elderly or disabled. Recommend contacting owner to discuss suitability.
